Look at this! In order to extract a small expansion valve, you have to remove so many parts. First of all, the seats are removed for getting work space. A steering wheel, a gearshift (it cannot take into pieces easily), an audio, and so on are removed, an instrument panel, a speed meter cable, and various cable is removed, a dashboard is all removed, the iron pipe for reinforcement is removed, the unit of an air-conditioner is decomposed from the blower motor side, an air cleaner is removed out of the bonnet, the joint of piping of the coolant under it is separated, at last, then you can look at this scene.

Then, an expansion valve is exchanged for a new one. At this time, let's also exchange packings. The season that Hassy worked is midsummer, so that I was discouraged truly. Thinking has also become blunt because of heat. There are too many process to be written all. I can not write any longer!! Although challenging is good, The problem is to return to the original appearance. It is still more difficult.

Now, work is not still ended only by returning parts. You have to carry out "vacuum process" in a repair shop. This process is to extract the air included in parts during work. A compressor will be broken if this is not carried out. Of course the cooling effect will be also down. Then it is filled up with chlorofluorocarbon gas.

You should take your Sera to the factory after working part-time job for 5 days. It is so easy.
